Turmeric Face Mask against Acne
To begin, I will not go into detail on the botanical origin of turmeric, except to say that this spice is packed with vitamins (C, B, K, B2, B3), minerals (phosphorus, iron, iodine and calcium). But that’s not all because turmeric contains an essential oil containing phytonutrients are powerful antioxidants. It is also a powerful antibacterial and a natural antibiotic.
This spice reduces acne pimples, blackheads and skin tone. In addition, this mask is ideal for flat or slightly tanned skin as it colors the skin and revives tanning. It also removes the stains on the skin. So, what your need to make a mask with turmeric?
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 ½ or 2 teaspoons ground oat powder
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of yogurt or sour cream
- Mix the ingredients until having a paste
- Apply to a clean face,
- Let stand for 15-20 minutes,
- Gently rinse with warm water.
If you notice turmeric remains after rinsing, rinse again or use a facial cleanser.
The ingredients for this mask may vary. In some cases, you just have to mix turmeric with tap water. Coconut oil and turmeric is also a good combination, but the outfit is not as strong with the yogurt. Short for you to fit your sauce and find the combination that will succeed you.
Note: You can use this mask as often as you want if you do not have allergy. When applying, wear gloves as turmeric yellow fingers or use cotton to apply the paste.
