Tips and Ingredients for Acne

These buttons often spoil our lives. Looking in the mirror, still have pimply face and oily skin that nobody would dream of. Sometimes you want to change your head, as well as your buttons. To prevent you from dreaming of another head that will never be yours even in your wildest dreams, I have good news and bad news. We’re going to start with the good news:

In the kitchen you have a lot of ingredients (they should preferably be organic): honey, baking soda, lemon (preferably green), plain yogurt, green clay, tomato, cucumber, carrot , aloe Vera, apple cider vinegar, hazelnut oil, sesame oil.

Make a mask every week:

  • 2 tablespoons of green clay
  • 1 tablespoon reduced cucumber or tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Few drops of apple cider vinegar

How: Apply this paste on your wet face for 15 to 20 min. Avoid letting the mask dry. Wash with warm water and apply a few drops of hazelnut oil or sesame oil and aloe Vera gel (moisturizer).

NOTE: Apply a small green clay paste on your acne before going to bed, and after 2 nights buttons should have disappeared.

Face lotion with carrot: to 100 ml of spring water, add 30 ml of vinegar macerate carrot

Exfoliating Mask: As exfoliation, use your washing base and a little baking soda

The bad news is: The home care is not miracles care, but they help a lot to avoid buying products with questionable compositions. By cons, be patient.
