Tea with burdock

Burdock is a plant whose roots contain antiseptic powers thus useful for treating pimples and blackheads.

To prepare your tea with burdock, boil a liter of water with 50 grams of chopped burdock root.

Boil over low heat for 10 minutes, and then strain the preparation.

Drink two cups of tea with burdock day.

Lime

Lime has antibacterial and antiseptic properties that help fight pimples and blackheads.

Green clay mask
